DELIVERY OPTIONS
STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearance.
We use Royal Mail so once dispatched orders can take 2-5 working days for delivery. Tracking is not available for this service. Please contact us if you have not received your item in 6 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance.
Depending on the weight of the item, we will either use Royal Mail First class or UPS. Delivery will take 1-2 working days ( After Dispatch) Please contact us if you have not received your order in 3 working days.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
We will be doing some community work every now and then. When opportunity for this arises, we will post information in the news section.
We will also soon be collecting donations for period poverty soon. When this campaign has launched, you will see it one the news sections and in our social media pages.
YOU HAVE AN IDEA?
If you have an idea of something we should offer or a a project we could do, please feel free to reach out to us with your idea. You can also give us feedback on the products you buy from us or otherwise also message us about anything you think we need to know. Please use the contact form for this.
GIFT SERVICES
We offer free gift wrapping services for all our products. We will include a small tag with your gift order, but if you want to use some of the cards available in store, you can also do that.
Leave a message at checkout to clarify this, or alternatively contact us on Instagram with your order number to arrange this after placing you order.

TRADE WITH US
We offer some of our products on wholesale deals to businesses. We appreciate some businesses are still growing and therefore you don't have to be registered to buy wholesale from us, you do need to show evidence of a trading business to qualify. Minimum purchase amount per product line is £120 excluding delivery charges.
RETURNS
We hope you will love your items as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for us to arrange a return.
The item should be in the same condition it arrived in and must have all tags and packaging and be in an unused condition. If it came with a free gift, you will need to return the gift as well.
For Sanitation purposes and authenticity, we will not take any returns on period products ,jewellery or toiletries unless they arrived damaged.
Return postage is at your own expense unless the item arrived damaged and proof has been provided.
Please use the contact us form to send us your return query details. Please make sure to include your order number, items you are returning and reason for it. We will reply within 24 hours Mon to Friday.
STORIES SECTION
Our story telling service is open to all girls. You can mail them to us in the post, email it to us or write it yourself in the story section. We will look through it and post it for you. If you are lucky we might even publish it in our book.
Story topics can be anything period related. We do though have a strict policy against sexual content of any kind. Our platform is for girls of all ages including young girls and others from different ethnic and cultural background. Our aim is to promote girls' confidence.
We monitor all that is being posted on our mediums and will remove any sexual content we may find.
